Having superbly transformed the lounge of the Albion Bar - with such a storied past – into a comfortable dining area, The Albion Scullery opened its doors in March 2009 to much aplomb and fanfare.
Whether the lounge was heralded as Stirling’s first smoke-free bar (introduced ahead of Government legislation), as the proving ground for many a young, talented, aspiring musician in the jam nights, as the much acclaimed and Cuban-endorsed Salsa Alba bar (with authentic salsa dancing) or even in its quasi-celebrity status as being featured on “Most Haunted Live!” on Living TV, the Scullery lounge has always been a focal point for local news in one way or another.
With the Albion Bar now diversifying into the catering realm, you can expect the same level of experience, friendliness and professionalism to greet you as soon as you walk into the Scullery. And with locally sourced produce, all of which comes from sustainable development within Stirlingshire (some produce coming from our very own “Albion Al
lotments”) you will be highly satisfied with the level of service, quality and atmosphere that the Albion Scullery gives you.
